How it works

  1. Open the bot

Tap the button below. It opens Telegram — the app you already have. Nothing to install, no form to fill.

  2. Pick your state and your work

Two taps. Choose where you work and the kind of work you do, and that is the whole setup.

  3. Get new tenders every morning

Each morning you get the new tenders that match, with the closing date and the value where the government published one.

What you can ask it

  • /today — the tenders matching you right now, without waiting for the morning.
  • /alerts — change your state or the kind of work you want.
  • /stop — stop the alerts. No questions, and it takes effect at once.

Where the tenders come from

GeM, the Central Public Procurement Portal and the state e-procurement portals — read every day. You can filter to any of 30 states or All-India work, and to 9 kinds of work: Construction, Road & Highway, Electrical, Water & Sewerage, Supply & Goods, Cleaning & Sanitation, IT & Software, Healthcare and GeM.

Every alert links to the full tender on Bidrove, where the closing date, the deposit and the documents are, and to the government portal it came from. Figures are shown only where the government published them.

Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. The Telegram alerts cost nothing and there is no card and no trial. You do not need a Bidrove account to use them.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The bot works on its own. Creating a free account on the website is optional and only adds saved tenders and email alerts.
Which tenders will I get?
New tenders matching the state and work type you pick, from GeM, the Central Public Procurement Portal and the state e-procurement portals Bidrove reads every day.
How often does it send?
Once each morning, and only when there is something new for you. You can also type /today at any time to see what matches right now.
How do I change my state or stop the alerts?
Type /alerts in the chat to change your state or work type, and /stop to stop the alerts. Stopping takes effect immediately.
Do you show the contract value?
Where the government has published one, yes. Where it has not — GeM reverse auctions settle the price by bidding — the alert says so rather than showing a number we cannot stand behind.
