Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your” or “User”) and Bidrove (“Bidrove”, “we”, “us” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website https://bidrove.com, its applications and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, registering for or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and not barred from using the Platform under applicable law. If you use the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Nature of the service
The Platform is an information and discovery service that aggregates publicly available government tender notices and provides supplementary information such as eligibility summaries, indicative cost and profit estimates, document checklists and automated guidance. The Platform is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of any government department, authority or e-procurement portal. We do not participate in, submit, or influence the award of any tender.
3. Account registration and security
- •You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated.
- •You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
- •You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Subscription, fees and taxes
- •The Platform offers a free tier and paid subscription plans that unlock access to higher-value contracts and additional features, as described on our pricing page.
- •Fees for paid plans are payable in advance for the billing cycle selected (monthly or annual). The price shown is the total amount payable; we are not presently registered for GST and do not add GST to it. If we become liable to charge GST or any other tax in future, the applicable amount will be shown to you before you pay.
- •Paid plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with Clause 5. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
- •We may revise fees prospectively; changes will not affect the cycle already paid for.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription or switch to a lower plan at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the paid period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Licence and restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You shall not:
- •scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Platform's data or content;
- •copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Platform;
- •use the Platform to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful content, or to violate any law;
- •interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; or
- •post confidential bid prices or another party's confidential information in community features.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos and original content, is owned by or licensed to Bidrove and is protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. Tender data originates from public government sources and remains the property of the respective authorities. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.
8. Third-party portals and links
Bids are submitted on official government e-procurement portals. We provide links to such portals and other third parties for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or decisions, and your use of them is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform and all content, estimates and AI-generated outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that tender information is accurate, complete or current, that estimates will be correct, or that use of the Platform will result in the award of any tender. You are responsible for verifying all information against the official tender documents before acting on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidrove, its proprietor, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or reliance on any content or estimate. In all cases, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bidrove and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform or request deletion of your account at any time. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination (including Clauses 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13) shall survive.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Thane, Maharashtra, and the language shall be English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, network or power failures, or unavailability of third-party services.
15. General
- •Severability — if any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- •Waiver — our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of it.
- •Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor.
- •Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
- •Amendments — we may revise these Terms by posting an updated version; continued use constitutes acceptance.
