1. No government affiliation
Bidrove is an independent, privately operated platform. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government department, ministry, authority or official e-procurement portal. References to government tenders or portals are made solely for informational and discovery purposes.
2. Accuracy of tender information
Tender information is aggregated from publicly available government e-procurement sources and is refreshed periodically. While we take reasonable care, such information may be delayed, incomplete, modified, corrected or withdrawn at source without notice. The Platform does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of any tender information. You must independently verify all particulars — including value, dates, earnest money deposit, eligibility and required documents — on the relevant official portal before relying or acting on them.
3. Estimates and AI-generated content are indicative
Cost, profit, margin, recommended-bid, competition and similar figures, and any content generated by automated models or artificial intelligence, are indicative estimates derived from available information and assumptions. They are provided as decision-support only, are not guaranteed to be accurate, and may be incorrect for any particular tender. They must not be treated as a quotation, valuation or assurance of any outcome.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, procurement or other professional advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created. You should obtain independent professional advice and rely on the official tender documents before making any decision.
5. No guarantee of results
The Platform assists you in discovering and preparing for tenders. It does not guarantee qualification for, participation in, or the award of, any tender. Bidding outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, including government portals. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies or availability of such third-party sites, and access to them is entirely at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidrove disclaims all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of, or reliance on, any information, estimate or content on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk and subject to the limitation of liability set out in our Terms of Service.
